Additional Info

• Elite versions of both Aircraft and Vehicles have identical Tech Center Level requirements as the Standard versions.
• The Tech Center consumes no Power from the Power Plants when not actively upgrading a Unit or being upgraded itself.  When being upgraded it consumes 50% of the operating Power listed for the the Level the TC is being upgraded to.
